A new build is the largest thing most people commission — a whole house, from the foundations up, with every decision to be made and every trade to be coordinated. Done well, it's the chance to get exactly the home you want; done badly, it's the project that runs away from you.
We take on demolish-and-rebuild projects and bespoke contemporary homes: spray render and timber cladding, large windows and open volumes, and separate annexes where a site calls for them — including larger new builds around West Malling. The whole thing is run by one firm, with the directors involved throughout.

Where a demolish-and-rebuild is the right answer, we manage it from clearing the site through the foundations, structure, envelope and services to a finished, decorated home — one firm accountable for the whole build.
Contemporary, and built to suit the site
Spray render, timber cladding, large glazing and separate annexes — we build contemporary homes designed around how they'll be lived in and how they sit on the plot, working with your architect and specifiers where a project already has them.
