Single and multi-storey rear and side extensions, built to last
A well-built extension should feel like it was always part of the house — the ceiling heights right, the light coming in where you want it, and the new brick, render or cladding sitting comfortably against the old. Getting there means the structural work, the glazing, the roof and the finish all being planned as one job rather than fought together on site.
We build single-storey and multi-storey rear and side extensions with flat, pitched or zinc-clad roofs, bi-fold doors, roof lanterns and underfloor heating — the details that turn an extension into the room a family actually lives in. Structure, glazing and roof as one
We handle the groundwork, the structural openings, the roof — flat, pitched or zinc-clad — and the large glazing, bi-fold doors and roof lanterns that bring the light in. Because the same firm runs all of it, the levels, the sightlines and the junctions between old and new are set out properly from the start.
Finished to live in
An extension is only done when it's done — the underfloor heating commissioned, the plastering and decoration finished, the flooring laid and the making-good between old and new invisible. We see it through to a completed room, not a shell handed over to other trades.
